At AR Engineering Industries Ltd we are committed to Quality. We provide a high standard and quality of service from the initial enquiry through to the delivery of goods and with any subsequent support required.

The organisation is proudly an ISO 9001:2008 UKAS registered Company and the Quality Management System (QMS) that has been implemented was specifically designed for AR Engineering Industries Ltd by the in house Quality Team. This ensures that our focus for high levels of Quality Assurance meets the specific needs of the clients we serve.

Our quality system was established to emphasise Continuous Improvement, defect prevention, the use of statistical methods and continuous training to increase the knowledge and skills of all employees and to enhance the products and services we deliver.

The Company is subject to regular external audits by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance Limited (LRQA) to ensure our practices comply with the strict requirements set out by the ISO9001:2008 standard. In addition to this we have a program of Internal Audits alongside our in-house developed tracking and monitoring systems. This comprehensive system allows for complete customer confidence in all products and services supplied by AR Engineering Industries Ltd.

The QMS also promotes our dedication to Continuous Improvement. We strive to continually improve our processes, products and services through close monitoring and development of the AR working practices, technological investment and employee participation.

Quality Policy

AR Engineering Industries Ltd is a privately owned company specialising in turning and prismatic machining of precision components and in the manufacture of precision tools, jigs and fixtures.

It is the policy of the Company to:

  • Provide an efficient, competitive, and expert service, by delivering components, parts and tooling to meet customer's schedules and specifications.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers and provide a personal service, and assistance with product and tooling design.
  • Set appropriate business and quality objectives and to track progress towards their achievement.
  • Use appropriate measurements and actions to continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system and the service to customers.
